| May 2009:
"I attended your workshop at the Living Green Expo. Great presentation. Since I'm a CPA, I can recognize how good you are at the details of construction."

April 2008:
"This was great!...We really appreciated the entire experience of this in-depth look at our home."
This client called with potential needs for a basement remodel and new driveway. BAC has provided logically sequenced improvements every year since then.

March 2007:
"Thanks for everything Bob! This was a very valuable experience. You offer such good information that i think you should get into the business of 'Bob-certifying' home owners."

October 2006:
"....I was overwhelmed by the beauty of your
project."
This client was responding to pictures of a recently
completed master bedroom remodel project.

July 2006:
"(my father-in-law) enjoyed working with
you and told me every night that he thought you were
worth the cost and worth more than that. I certainly
agree."
This came from a construction coaching client where
his garage needed extensive structural straightening
and strengthening.

May 2006:
"You are the perfect blend of CPA and contractor."
This client needed help quickly sorting through the
thousands of options for how to improve/expand her
home. Bob was able to quickly help her narrow options
down while ensuring sustainable results. This quick
narrowing saved dozens of hours of more expensive
design time. A relatively small investment in planning
can save significant costs.

September 2005:
"This was great. I have a much better grasp
of how to prioritize and move forward."
This client wanted some remodeling and thought there
might be some repairs needed. He wanted to make sure
that he prioritized the repairs and sequenced the
remodels to maximize his limited budget. His quote
was referring to an assessment that Bob conducted
of the house and the subsequent action plan for moving
forward.

May 2005:
"The assessment was GREAT..... The result
of such clear thinking and presentation is to take
the overwhelmingness out of the equation. I feel (we)
have a really good sense of how to think about our
house, and how/whether to proceed on different improvements.
And, since none of the ideas came from me, there's
a neutralness to the field of possibilities that helps
us plan/scheme while avoiding some trips to the marriage
counselor."
This client wanted to improve their house but didn't
know what would be the most cost efficient sequence.
After Bob's assessment, they realized that several
issues they were very concerned about were less important
than several they did not even know about. A prioritized
action plan then gave them a rough road map for how
sequence changes and gave them some of the tips/tricks
that should be remembered for these changes.

1994:
The first addition Bob designed and built was in
South Minneapolis and was celebrated by a letter from
the client's neighbor: "(I) commend you for
your most attractive addition..." "It now
looks like it's always been there. Oftentimes something
of that nature speaks loudly 'this is an addition'
but not in your case. All lines and stucco finishing
were carefully planned and look great."
